You are hereby invited to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting of Northampton Casuals RFC to discuss an important matter concerning the future of our club.

The purpose of this meeting is to vote on whether the club should become incorporated by guarantee, changing from our current status as an unincorporated association.

Your participation is crucial as this decision will shape the club's governance structure moving forward. Please make every effort to attend.

Voting at the meeting will be restricted to fully paid up members in the following categories: Full Members; Honorary Life Members; Honorary Vice Presidents; Vice Presidents.

Our club is one of very few that have not chosen to incorporate to date.

It is the view of both the Trustees and Management Committee that remaining as an unincorporated association no longer serves the best interests of the club and its members, and that incorporating as a company limited by guarantee would be the right legal status for us in the future.
