1st XV a wonderful 3rd on the bounce win after taking a very early lead in their match against Rushden & Higham and never looking back. A 5 point win again taking us up to 3rd in the table level on points with the two teams above us. Casuals Win 38-18

The Colts travelled to Milton Keynes, a team in a higher league than our boys and unfortunately had their first loss of the season. After going down heavily in the first half of the match they fought back to within two points but the final whistle put a stop to their fight back. Casuals loss 38 - 36

The 2nd XV travelled to Wellingborough and unfortunately due to some last minute drop outs and no shows started the match with 13 players, having to borrow two players from Wellingborough to allow the match to take place. However, having no bench meant that they finished the match with just 14 players on the pitch due to injury but they battled throughout the match. Casuals loss 59 - 7

Next Saturday the 1st XV are not playing as the Lewis Shield first round takes place and Casuals are away to Bugbrooke. At home we have the Colts with a friendly match and 3rd XV kicking off their league campaign. The 2nd XV are away to Kettering.
